Administration
The Administrator

The Administrator's responsibility is to ensure that the Board's policies and procedures are properly implemented and reflected in the day-to-day operation of CCS. The Administrator serves as the spiritual, educational, and administrative leader of the school and as the primary point of contact between Board members, faculty, staff members, parents, local churches, and the community at large. The Administrator supervises all employees and volunteers working for the school and directs the educational programs of the school. Working closely with the Board, the Administrator serves as the Development Officer for the school, developing and implementing plans and programs to assure the continued successful financing of all school operations and projects, and recruiting prospective students by making the local Christian community aware of the educational offerings and programs of the school. The Administrator also serves as the Admissions Officer of the School, interviewing all candidate families and prospective students, as appropriate. The Administrator also recruits and selects qualified potential school employees.
